About US

OUR MISSION

Founded in 2023, Fight Direct NZ was built with a simple mission: to provide athletes, coaches, and gyms across Aotearoa with high-quality combat sports gear that they can trust — whether they’re stepping onto the mats for their first session or into the ring for competition.

But Fight Direct is about more than equipment. We’re committed to becoming a staple of New Zealand’s combat sports community — a brand that is present in gyms, at events, and alongside the athletes who dedicate themselves to the sport.

We believe the growth of combat sports in New Zealand starts with supporting the people who make this community what it is. That’s why we actively invest back into the scene through athlete sponsorships, event support, and partnerships with gyms and organisations, including events such as the Shuriken Fight Series.

Our goal is to build more than a gear company. We want to build a brand that fighters, coaches, and gyms know, trust, and are proud to stand behind.

From training to competition, from local gyms to the biggest stages — Fight Direct NZ is here to support the people pushing combat sports forward in Aotearoa.

Equip the fighters. Support the community. Grow the sport.
